I can't send PM.

I have deleted all of my PM's btw but still i can't send.

Try deleting a message or two from the Sent Items folder and then try again.

You're welcome. This is probably a good note for others as well who come across this who may not know. The quota includes both the Inbox and Sent Items folders.
