Genoplot - Raw Data Uploads

Hi Anthrogenica community,

We are excited to announce the release of our Raw Data Upload capability over at Genoplot (https://genoplot.com/)!

All users of our services now have the option of adding their raw data files from 23andMe, FTDNA, MyHeritage and Ancestry, which we aim to include for numerous future analyses tools in the coming weeks and months.

How Do I Upload My Raw Data?
Couldn't be simpler!

If you would like to use our nMonte Runner:


Sign in with your Subscriber account
Click Menu at the top-right of your screen
Select nMonte Runner
Press the Add link above the Samples field on the left side of your screen and then press Cancel to leave the coordinate simulation page
Click the Upload raw data button (last of three) (Attachment A)
Fill in the mandatory fields (Attachment B )
Generate your Encryption Token (your personal data's access password that only you can view - Ensure to note it somewhere)
Done!

Alternatively, to use your raw data for our library of Admix Calculators:


Sign in with your Subscriber account
Click Menu at the top-right of your screen
Select Admix Calculators
Press the Edit link above the DNA Files field above the library at the top of your screen (Attachment C)
Repeat steps 5-8 shown in the list above

Genoplot treats user data with unprecedented consideration. There is no cost whatsoever for uploading your raw data to Genoplot once you've registered an account with us.

Once an individual has registered an account and has their data uploaded, you can get your results for the various tools we host afterwards.

Free users start off with 100 Credits on our platform, which grants you the ability to perform quite a few calculator models before said Credits run out.

If you're so inclined, you're more than welcome to trial our services with that allocation - Any feedback would be much appreciated.

The upload process is quite straightforward. You select the 'Add your DNA file' option on the 'Admix Calculators' page

Followed by filling in the appropriate fields in the 'Add File' pop-up

Since this is your first upload, you will need to click on the 'Generate' button to create a new encryption token which will automatically be pasted in the encryption token field. You will need to save this token as it is required for all future access to uploaded files. This is an additional layer of security beyond your username and password. It ensures that no one other than yourself will ever have access to your uploaded file(s) as the files are encrypted using this token as a key. All future uploads must use the same token.

Should this token ever get misplaced, the uploaded files are no longer readable. In this case, a new set of files will need to be uploaded with a newly generated token. The previously uploaded (and unreadable) files are automatically removed.

Couldn't get the encryption code. It was supposed to have been sent to clipboard, but nothing happens when trying to paste into notepad.

If the token does not show up in the clipboard, you can always copy it by clicking on the 'Copy' button next to the 'Encryption Token' field.

You can also view the token by clicking on the 'Show Token' icon in the field. Once visible, you can simply copy by selecting the token and using the normal process of Control-C (Windows) or Command-C (Mac) to copy.

Well for me worked well, uploaded csv FtDna without issues.
The only issue is that i have no credits to use calculators.

Same here.... Cannot use my raw data with nMonte Runner--- my raw data file doesn't show up at all in the selections list

It doesn't appear to do anything when I select one of the Eurogene things and click run
