Which is the origin of the haplogroups S47 and Z44?
And where is it mainly located?

At the moment I think that S47 is a Ligurian Sea haplogroup. It has 2 main branches, CTS12976 and Z44, and appears to have the distinctive marker of DYS455=10.

CTS12976 has members in numerous European countries with a possible concentration in the Ligurian Sea area.
Z44 has a very different modern distribution (No French for eg). The earlier branches on the Z44 block tree are Spain (3 men CTS1370 and BY3964) and Italy (1 BY3954). There then is a large British surname group of men who are downstream of BY3949 that appear to trace back to 3 surnames from northwest England. With DYS455=10, Z44 also has the marker of DYS392=14 (Spain) or 15 (Italy and Britain).

Why the interest? Do you think you are S47 or Z44?

Yes, I think I am S47 and Z44 because when I upload my results on other websites such as Geneanet, WeGene among others, I usually get that I am S47 and that the next most likely subclade is Z44, and once they told me that Z44 is common in Western Europeans but I'm not sure.

Not sure who you have tested with and what results you may have, but you could join the R-Z56 Y-DNA Project. (Hopefully you are at least Z56)

Yes, I did it, and I get S47 and the possible subclade that belonged was Z44

Do you have STR results for DYS455 and DYS392?

STR? is that an Y-DNA predictor?
