I don’t trust it 100% but anyways i find it interesting, since it’s the only type of result i have (haven’t got 23andme health service).

I thought everyone was still waiting for them to fine tune their ethnicity or regional estimates before anything else was to be taken with any measure of accuracy? Or is this a part of their program that has shown itself to be accurate within reason?

I think this would be a long wait.
Anyways i take this kind of results with a grain of salt (i mean with the current stage of DNA analysis development i wouldn’t trust 100% to any company that provides such analysis). However i find it quite interesting so why not share.
As for my actual results - well i did medical Bioelectrical impedance analysis and indeed some results are quite similar (like rate of metabolism - i do have it slower than average).

intolerance not likely for lactose, gluten, fructose.
peanut allergies not likely.
metabolize vitamins
below= b2, b9
average= a, b1, b12, c, e
above= vitamin d
metabolize minerals
below= iron
average= calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium
above= nothing
my metabolism=faster
weight loss
high complex carbs= efficiency high
high protein diet= efficiency average
low carb diet= efficiency average
low fat diet= efficiency average
cholesterol and triglycerides
hdl "good"= intermediate levels
ldl "bad"= intermediate levels
triglycerides= intermediate levels
hunter vs farmer
c/t: one copy of the farmer allele and one copy of the hunter-gatherer allele
caffeine consumption
tendency to drink more caffeine than average
fitness
power= above average
endurance= average
muscle building= average
heart rate recovery= above average
they say I metabolize nutrients faster than the average person
they say my genetics favor endurance sports
they say that I am an introvert
they say my tolerance to ibuprofen is medium
