YFull STR match distances

Hello.
I don't know if this belongs here, I haven't found a YFull thread.
Can someone help me understand the STR - match distances on YFull ( Y dna )?
I have the following matches, the closest one shows a distance of 0.026. How would that translate into years (Closest common ancestor) or generations?

0.031 * 67 = 2.1

0.031 * 111 = 3.4

You match would be up to 3/67 and up to 4/111 :)
