Here is a map from data (Vahaduo) including Europe + north of Middle East.
I just want to share with you.

What happens if you remove French Paris (as it doesn't mean much) and keep South French (Occitanie & Provence) and add French North & Brittany & Alsace for example ? The clusters are automatically defined ? I guess Alsace and French Nord would still be part of Cluster 2 because the former are close to Belgians and the later to Swiss Germans, which are part of cluster 2. How are the clusters defined exactly ?

Merci Itrane2000. Are the clusters defined automatically ? I noticed French Paris moved from cluster 2 to cluster 1, is this happening automatically because you added extra North French averages ?

yes, the cluster are defined automatically.
My main issue today is that the PCA results from Vahaduo are not the same as the results from R. (if someone can explain ?).
