I was do testing mtdna plus in FTDNA. I was just testing HVR1&HVR2 region. Is it okay for detect basic haplogroup? FTDNA wrote my mtdna haplogroup is H.

The false positive rate for hvr1/2 can be quite high. So I wouldn't bother as its so imprecise. I would advise in order of priority
1. a whole genome sequence, pretty cheap these days at several firms, that will get you full mtdna plus Y plus autosomal
2. full mtdna (YSEQ do this as well as ftdna)
3. hvr1/2 bottom of the list.

If you get your full mtdna done upload it to genbank to help scientists plus upload it to the YFull mt tree too.
