Hi!
I have recently been tested Z1a1a (mtDna full sequence). I see the spread of that haplogroup is quite strange: Northern scandinavia, Finland, Russia and Asia. My most distant maternal ancestor is from west Norway, born about 1730.
Does anyone have any approximation to what the age of Z1a1a is? I have read that Z is approximately about 30 000 years old, but that Z1a1a is possibly much younger.
Thanks in advance!
