Hi!

I observed that is possible to create own calculator on Genoplot.
I tried but Genoplot doesn't accept my data. Does someone know how to do that?

Thanks

There are 2 ways to create a calculator. You can either use the wizard which allows you to name arbitrary "components" and populate them with Groups and Samples that you can select from those available in the Global 25 data set ( or any of the selected Admixture calculators that are available for nMonte runs )

Or, you could just use a custom data sheet which is basically the same as using a custom CSV file much as you would in Vahaduo. We posted a how-to guide in another thread recently:

Yeah, I agree but I'd rather use the wizard.
