Does Poland differ genetically by region. Such as, is Eastern Poland more Slavic and is Western Poland more germanic?

Yes it differs, but keep in mind that majority of people that now live in western regions of Poland are more Slavic, than who live in central regions, because there was resettlement of Poles from Lwow, Grodno, Brest https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polish_population_transfers_(1944%E2%80%931946) to territories, that were under German control before World War II

Polish average on G25 is about quarter Celto-Germanic and 3/4 Balto-Slavic. In western regions you can find people, whom even half of DNA is of Western European origins and in Eastern regions who have little of it and very high Slavic genetics

Also in northeast parts of Poland there are people with very high amount of Baltic DNA
