Hi, I got today results from Y-DNA37 and it turned for me very surprising. More than two years ago my haplogroup was determined by LivingDNA as E-V65. I'm from Poland and have expected some matches at the level of 37 markers with the subclade E-BY8823, because of a person from Poland with exactly this branch. But I don't have any matches at the level of 37 at all, some at level 12, but not one with E-V65. My matches there are mostly from E-V13 branch. What does it mean? Could it be possible, that LivingDNA determined my haplogroup wrong? I ordered already Y-DNA111, but I would like to know any opinions, of people who understand this matter better than me. Thank You in advance!

Based on these STR's that define the E-V65 (and are uncommon for V13) you seem to be 100 % V65+. So a confirmation of your LivingDNA result.

You're welcome!

Thank You again!!!!
But still wonder about none of matches at 37 marker level.

I got my BigY results and I'm E-CTS194 subclade of E-V65. No matches at all, but I expected it before :) No idea, if this haplogroup was in Europe from ancient times or it arrived recently from North Africa. Mysterious but very cool :)

It seems you will belong to an European downstream of E-CTS194 with German guys with formation age ~ 2 kyo

Sorry for my ignorance, but are You refering to those Germans with E-Y95279 under my E-CTS194? If I understand it right, my final SNP is older and I'm not positive with E-Y95279. It seems for me that all the European subclades of E-V65 are older than those from North Africa. I'm not an expert, only try to understand how or when my haplogroup came to South Poland. It's for me very intriguing, because both MyHeritage and 23&me detected small autosomal segments from North Africa, also Italian and Cypriot (23&me). FTDNA even gave me 6% Sardinian. I thought it's because my maternal Ashkenazi ancestry, but I tested my paternal cousin recently and he got also small Cypriot autosomal segment according to 23&me.
