Y2619 SNP test now available for order from FTDNA

An individual SNP test for Y2619 is now listed in the FTDNA Advanced menu. Y2619 is believed to be more specific than CTS6 in defining the Ashkenazi Levite clade of R1a1a.

So far all Ashkenazi-Levites, even some fairly outlying ones, are Y2619+, but we are hoping Y2630 may act as an internal SNP for the group.
