Why do Slovenes plot within Hungarians in PCAs

Why aren't they at least a little bit more southern-shifted, or in whatever direction shifted away from Hungarians?

I found it weird that Slovenes and Hungarians plot together & overlap. What could be the historical reasons for it?

Well, they border each other and they have been part of the same country, the Austro-Hungarian Empire for hundreds of years. No wonder there's an overlap.
