FTDNA change the results from R-M173 to P-M45...???????????? I don't know what mean because GENO 2.0 say R-PF6215 when i transfer to FTDNA say R-M173 and now became a P-M45 what happened?
To understand the case:

How did you get this new result? Did you go ahead and request FTDNA to re-run your test?

No, is the new Hapotree. Not to understand anything.
I don't know what's going on there with that haplotree interpretation.
You really should follow up my earlier suggestion and request a re-test of your sample. I gave you a contact address.

Geno 2.0 actually had it right: You are R-PF6215, which is the same level as R-M420. In fact, you actually are M420+ , although your account lists it as L146+ . M420 (http://ybrowse.isogg.org/cgi-bin/gb2/gbrowse_details/chrY?ref=ChrY;start=23473201;end=23473201;name=M42 0;class=Sequence;feature_id=72783;db_id=chrY%3Adat abase)and L146 (http://ybrowse.isogg.org/cgi-bin/gb2/gbrowse_details/chrY?ref=ChrY;start=23473201;end=23473201;name=L14 6;class=Sequence;feature_id=72782;db_id=chrY%3Adat abase)are two different names for the same SNP.

How population its common this SNP?
I'm in this group ??????? >>>>>
R-M420 (R1a)[edit]
R-M420, defined by the mutation M420, has two branches: R-SRY1532.2, defined by the mutation SRY1532.2, which makes up the vast majority; and R-M420*, the paragroup, defined as M420 positive but SRY1532.2 negative. (In the 2002 scheme, this SRY1532.2 negative minority was one part of the relatively rare group classified as the paragroup R1*.) Mutations understood to be equivalent to M420 include M449, M511, M513, L62, and L63.(Underhill 2009 and ISOGG 2012)
Only isolated samples of the new paragroup R-M420* were found by Underhill 2009, mostly in the Middle East and Caucasus: 1/121 Omanis, 2/150 Iranians, 1/164 in the United Arab Emirates, and 3/612 in Turkey. Testing of 7224 more males in 73 other Eurasian populations showed no sign of this category.(Underhill 2009)

I was u152, then changed to R-PF4363.
I am now M 269
I have e mailed FtDNA and they are looking into it.
Apparently there is a glitch in the program.
I t might be a good idea NOT to order the previous tests taken to get to PF4363 :-)

While things at FTDNA are still in a mess, it's strongly recommended that folks do NOT order any "FTDNA-suggested" SNP test until they discuss it with their haplogroup project admins.
