I have a few questions regarding my mtdna H5a4a1

H>H5'36>H5>H5a>H5a4>H5a4a>H5a4a1

1. What is the significance of the asterisk H5a4a1* ?

2. The majority of my yfull.com matches are Italian compared to FTDNA which are northern European (Germany, Netherlands, Sweden). Why the difference ? Is yfull going to greater accuracy than FTDNA (H5a4a1 vs H5a4a1*)

3. My 4th great grandmother was supposedly born in Bristol UK 1803 but 20 years of searching by my cousin has never discovered her birth certificate. She married into an ancient and prominent family of English Baronets so I don't think her early life circumstances were extreme poverty to result in an unrregistered birth. Additionally her parents are also unknown. My theory is my 4thGG is an illegitimate European noble as my top FTDNA mtdna match has Hohenstein ancestry.

4. The only ancient H5a4a1 sample I can find is AITI_92

Lech_EBA Kleinaitingen Gewerbegebiet Nord cal BC 1889-1701 H5a4a1

Is H5a4a1 originally Roman ?
