My mtdna is T2b and all of my matches on that line are from the following countries:
- Turkey (mostly)
- Armenia
- Azerbaijan
- Iran
Also my g25 autosomal DNA is
90% Egyptian copter
4% Yemeni Mehra
3% georgian laz or Turkish rize
2% Moroccan souls
1% Somali
The Caucasian anatolian at 3% is in every calculator I take so I know it's real and my grandma had said we have a Turkish ancestor on her side. So is it likely my mtdna came from Turkey or that eastern black sea area?

Not necessarily. Do you have a more detailed result other than T2b? T2b is definitely of West Asian origin but in the meantime it's been everywhere.

My family is Coptic Egyptian. My grandmother had told me we have a Turkish ancestor from her line. She never told me anything more than that. I imagine it's way back like from the mamelukes maybe..I don't know.

Why are you asking?
Just trying to see if the company you tested with has a large or small database. FTDNA has a pretty large database, although non-European ethnic groups can be underrepresented.

There are other databases, but I cannot cross-reference to them from what FTDNA calls T2b-T16296C!. Sorry.

You have to keep in mind that even at total GD of 0 you still could be more than 1.000 years away from each other. So unless there is a strong concentration of samples in one specific region, its always guesswork with mtDNA if talking about the more recent origins. Like my GD0 matches are still from 3-4 different countries, but could have easily crossed each others path in Medieval times. But its not possible to pin it down to a specific period even.
Also, just HRV1 doesn't matter as much, you need to have the full distance at 0 for HVR1, HVR2, CODING REGIONS combined. If all your 0 GD matches are from the regions described, you can at least say you have a more recent (last 2.000 years probably) origin from West Asia maternally.
I would also suggest to upload your raw data to YFull. I got an additional match there.

That makes sense. My mtdna matches are from west Asia for sure and mostly concentrated in Turkey and Caucasus area.

I have a relative she's my fourth cousin she has the same Mtdna haplogroup as you. She's 50% Somali and 49.9% European which is mostly British & Irish then French & German and then broadly Northwestern European.
