it says I am one genetic distance from these numbers. My questions is , ..........are these numbers from some ancient skeletons or a formula to find what the numbers where thousands of years ago.

It looks to me like a bikini modal haplotype based on 9 STRs. He has matches in E-M34, E-V13, and Q1a as well as your own T, so I would disregard this.
