Also is it possible if you can run the Lemba L-M11 STRs through Nevgen?

Thanks, I’m also L-M349 so I’m not surprised other Lemba are too. Both L-L1307 and L-M349 seem to have a sporadic geographic distribution on Y-full (with most upstream clades being in India and the downstream in Chechnya for L-L1307)

Unfortunately no but I’ll be looking test sometime soon. When I do I’ll definitely post the results here
