The predominant SSA and N. African combination would've theoretically meant your ancestry was from somewhere across or around the Sahara desert's central, lateral or southern peripheries. If you were from above the Sahara, the SSA and N. African proportions would've likely been reversed and I'd expect more European than the trace percentages you're consistently getting (which could well be noise).

Given the interactions between the Horn and the Arabian Peninsula over centuries, I would've expected you to have some Middle-Eastern if you were Somali or Sudani. Having said this, I would've expected you to have more SSA if you were from the western-central Sahara, such as Niger or Mauritania...

My final guess based on the above deductions is that your main ancestry is one of the ethnic groups found in Ethiopia. Your Y-DNA and mtDNA certainly don't rule that guess out.

Either way, a very warm welcome to the forum. That was pretty fun. Let us know if I came close in approximating your swag. :P

Very interesting,
I didn't know that E-V13 can be found in East Africa .

Is it E-V13? I am sharing with a couple of Somalis(around 9 Somalis) and they happen to have the same YDNA.

23andMe's current nomenclature is outdated, it changes back and forth and can be misleading. You can check HAPLOGROUP TREE MUTATION MAPPER (https://www.23andme.com/you/labs/haplogroup_tree_mut_mapper/results/?lineage_type=paternal&haplogroup=E1b1b1a1b) at 23', that it is V32.

2014 V32 = E1b1b1a1a1b
2013 V32 = E1b1b1a1a1b
2012 V32 = E1b1b1a1a2
2011 V32 = E1b1b1a1a2
2010 V32 = E1b1b1a1b < 23andMe
2009 V32 = E1b1b1a1b
2008 V32 = E1b1b1a1b
2007 V32 = E3b1a1a
2006 V32 = E3b1a1b

Before the discovery of V32, Cruciani et al. (2004) referred to the same lineages as the "gamma cluster", which was estimated to have arisen about 8,500 years ago. They stated that "the highest frequencies in the three Cushitic-speaking groups: the Borana from Kenya (71.4%), the Oromo from Ethiopia (32.0%), and the Somali (52.2%). Outside of eastern Africa, it was found only in two subjects from Egypt (3.6%) and in one Arab from Morocco".
