To help better understand shared components among R1b-CTS9219 post your Autosomal (auDNA) scores.
With the help of tools like Gedmatch we can compare common components amongst ourselves and ancient samples like Mal’ta 1, and any relevant new samples.

Mal'ta 1 sample can be found at the following.

Any relationship between yDNA and autosomes is non-causal, so I am not sure what you hope to get out of this. There are males who are yDNA E1b1a who are autosomally 100% European, and males who are yDNA R1b1a2 who are autosomally 100% African.

According t Big-Y I am CTS9219. My file was then given to YFull for further analysis with the following results: CTS1450* Terminal SNPs CTS1450 • CTS7556 • CTS9219 • V3089/Y5591 • Y5589 • Y5590 • Y5592 • Y5593 • Y5594. I then analyzed my raw BAM file with Big-Y Analysis Tools. One of the resulting file is auDNA. Is there a way to convert this formation into ethnic %s?

Welcome to the R1b CTS 9219+ clan :). Smal perhaps could give some input with using BAM files and ethnic %.

Is there a way to convert this formation into ethnic %s?
To get a general idea about R1b-9219+ go to either Ht-35 project and or Polish project> go to mapping function. You can get a rough idea by using the mapping function to see the "hits"[males who share R1b-9219+] region R1b 9219+ is covering;in a broad sense alot are showing up in, Balkans, Eastern Europe and Ossetian[Caucasus region] so far.

It looks like lady luck has smiled on us, ha; who knew we would be getting some ancient R1b Z2103 samples our way. Hopefully they will be releasing autosomal and we can get some better idea about our ancestors.

I've only tested myself with 23andme, i'm R1b1b2a1a according to them, gedmatch is lagging for me now, but 4 pops for me is Kargopol+Smolensk+UKR Belgorod+Swedish at about 2 distance, 2 pops are Finnish+UKR Belgorod at higher distance i think.

And you are fully Slavic Silesian i assume?

My paternal is from Southern Poland/Czech border and maternal Калининград/Königsberg .For the longest time we thought German, until some Slavs pointed out the correct spelling of our name. The more I researched, it became apparent, hardcore Slavic at least that's what Russians, Poles, Ukranians all tell me.:)

23andMe has outdated nomenclature, he's likely P312+ because the chip doesn't test for it. He's definitely negative for U106

Using the tools at GedMatch, which is the best analysis tool to use for posting results?

dp

I like the lower K tests [that's the number in the name], eg. World9; such break your admixture into fewer components. I always run Oracle4 runs to see the regional/population spread. The smaller the fit value the better your admixture matches that of the specified populations.
Yours,
