Help interpreting yseq results for P312

This morning I was notified that my results for P312 were ready, this is what I got:

I gather that I am indeed R1b-P312+B), which is given the chromosome position also referred to as S116 or PF6547, but what's with the other markers, and them being negative, I'm not too familiar with a lot of them, so can anybody help me out here?

Looking more careful at the chromosomal position I think the added markers are just part of the primer. In any case, is there any information in terms of R1b placing for those markers?

I can't answer your question about the other markers, but in my experience, a person of Iberian origin who is P312(XL21,U152) is extremely likely to be DF27+.

YSEQ tells you your call for all the named SNPs they see in the short segment of your sample they have sequenced. No reason to assume the negative ones are even in your haplogroup; they are just known to occur in the vicinity of position 22,157,200 (and change) on the Y chromosome. Some of the named SNPs on your list have been given different names by different labs, but are the same mutation. On your list, the only positive one that differs from P312/S116 is PF6547+.

[Edit -- whoops, that's just a third name for P312 or S116. I couldn't sort that in the blur of long numbers -- old eyes -- but the YBrowse entry for one shows them all. And Thomas Krahn (of YSEQ) prepares those YBrowse entries.]

I also ordered DF27, I'm awaiting on the results. I should also mention that I know that I am not M65, M153, or M167, since 23andme test for those and I carry the ancestral variant for those. Now assuming that the DF27 results come back positive, what other SNPs should I order?

Good to know! I'm also P312+ and I have ordered the DF27 from YSEQ. If the results are positive, I will be ordering the Z195/Z196.
