I just received the results of the first round:
Positive DF13 (I already knew), but negative for:
L1335
DF21
Df49
FGC11134
L513
Z251
Z253

I wait for the second round:
12 other sub-clades DF13, but they are much less common ...

I feel I'll be DF13 *:\

However, I am positive for L536 / Pf5860.
I do not know what that is?

According to Morley'stree, L536/PF5860 [0/1622] is at the level of macrohaplogroup P, ancestor of haplogroups R and Q.

YSEQ will often report the results for the SNPs that bracket the target SNP.

A guy I'm working with is where you are here.
Did you end up DF13* ?

Did you ever get further, or are you still DF13* ?

The second round was also negative. So I'm still DF13 *

Also DF13* after the full test.

I am DF13* as well. I should receive my FGC Y Elite 2.0 (2.1?) results in mid to late February. Maybe they will shed a little light on the continental DF13* folks.

My cousin that is DF13+ just received this same result L536/PF5860 and negative on all other SNPs with the first round of testing from YSEQ. Negative for L513, Z255, L838, etc. Mr. Khan thought we will be positive for FGC11134 but I don't think so after reading your post. We have been negative for Z251, Z253 and DF21 in past testing with FamilyTreeDNA.

From the ISOGG 2016 Y-DNA Hapolgroup P it says.....
YDNA haplogroup P, an offshoot of Haplogroup K(xLT), originated in Central Asia some 35,000 years ago, sites in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and southern Siberia have been offered as the likely point of first appearance. Haplogroup P is best represented by its two immediate subclades, haplogroup Q and R, which expanded to become the dominant haplogroups in, respectively, the Americas and Europe.

My cousin also has the marker of DYS640=9, very rare. I have seen this in some Swedes and ancient Hungarians that came from southern Siberia. Not related but have the result of DYS640=9.

As of today the new SNP result from YSEQ is FGC13780+ and will be testing one downstream SNP CTS3937.
