I know the feeling. Yfull and BigY offer analysis services which go beyond what you get from FTDNA. Also Richard Rocca may be able to assist.

By the way, all of those SNP matches with 21470 confirm the STR signature, which has always shown a very close relationship.

did you ask Ftdna about that ?

Despite my sample being in batch 585 ,Ftdna say the waiting time is of 2-4 weeks. Should have been 0-2 weeks now if I was following their first estimation when my sample had just been batched the 28th august (it said 6-8 weeks back then) .
