CTS7340/Z2107, CTS9416, PF7575/Z2104, PF7585, Y4371/Z8128 and Z8127 were listed on the ISOGG tree. Are these new additions at the R1b-Z2103 level "Provisional SNPs" or the new "SNPs found solely from next generation sequencing" category?
Thanks byrgian for getting the R1b-M269 (P312- U106-) SNPs and branchs ISOGG recognition. 2015 will be a busy year at ISOGG.
The ISOGG updates for are listed in the News page of the R1b1a2 (P312- U106-) DNA Project (aka ht35 Project) website.

They "are quality variants from next-generation sequencing reports consistently showing as representing that subgroup." We have Sanger sequencing data for some and if in the future we get more Sanger data they will be promoted to "standard" SNPs.
