Is it possible to test if you are positive or negative for the single L2 subclade at YSEQ?
I can't find it, just its downstream snps..

I think nobody ever asked for L2 before, having already been tested elsewhere. They will add any SNP, define primers, and order them for $1 nominally which is very fast and then order to have it sequenced. Since L2 had known primers you might ask them if they throw in the cost of of first kit which was nominally $3. The processing is currently $35 though they sometimes have sales, too. They are very fast and turnaround is usually just 1-3 weeks in my experience.

If you already tested Geno 2.0 and transferred your results to FTDNA, why not just test with FTDNA? Also, I have not been able to find your kit in the U152 project.

P312+, U152+, L2+, Z150-, Z367-, Z49-, FGC5356-, L196-, M228-, FGC10543-, U106-
Any suggestions, Richard?"
Other than cost, what is the difference between placing an order with FTDNA (all my tests) and Yseg? I have never used Yseg, but since I am receiving only negative to my tests, I will consider costs. In a response to my post on a different forum, Richard suggested DF103. FTDNA shows only 17 tests available other than with advanced snp order. DF 103 is available with the advanced test search. I haven't checked all at Yseg, but M126 and L135 were not available and DF103 is.
Any and all advice is always welcomed.

If you have't tested for DF90, it may be an even better option for you than DF103. It looks like the modal for DF90 for DYS413a is 22 or less (instead of the L2 modal of 22), and you also have 22.
