What's up with Chromosome number 6

Any idea on why Chr 6 in the first half on the bar is weird.?

I have my 0.8% of Ashkenazi , 0.5% east-Asian and 0.6% of North African all in the area and no where else on my 22 Chromosomes, my son has the same area for the same markers as myself but less so, 0.2 Ash, 0.1 EastA and 0.2 Nafrican.

should #6 be ignored , ?

A section of Chr6 (6p21.3) contains the HLA series of genes responsible for immunity response and are critical for stem-cell and bone marrow and organ transplant compatibility. They are significantly conserved; mine appear to originate from India tens of thousands of years ago. :)
