I decided to take part in this study, assuming I'd fail miserably due to being pretty poor with people's names, but I did surprisingly well, 122:

Ok, completed the long term portion of this test. Still surprised myself with doing better than 94% of everyone who took the test but my accuracy dropped from 95% to 86%:

I got 91% of the items correct. I actually suspect it might have been a case of luck, as I'm usually pretty horrible with this stuff. If they would have done the test differently by showing a face, then asking us to recall the name, I would have gotten an exceptionally low score for sure.

Not good--only identified correctly 82% of items. It has been a long day....
With the long term study I dropped to 77% of the items, but in terms of relative percentage of people who answered worse, I am on the rise--I guess my long-term memory is better than my short term.
