Note all the new buds on YFull's C haplotree (http://yfull.com/tree/C/), particularly the new pair (YF02802, YF02808) listed as

C2b(xF1756,Y4497)

F1756 is a clade found in Poland and Kazakhstan; Y4497 is the Genghis Khan clade. The new guys do not belong to either of those.

P39 and M48 are in C2b (http://www.isogg.org/tree/ISOGG_HapgrpC.html) also--they are not shown on YFull's haplotree because no one from those clades has submitted a BAM file--but these two new guys tested ancestral for those SNPs also.

The two new guys are from Slovakia and India. FTDNA considers them Big Y matches to each other, although the shared ancestor may have lived many thousands of years ago.
