rs2228479 Val92Met and red hair

Hi, i'm heterozygous for rs2228479 (AG) and i do have red hair, my aunt is propably homozigous for this variant and she has very red hair, i think there's a strong correlation between this variant and red hair:

As you can see she has very red hair, so why this variant is not considered among red variants in 23andme?

My aunt has also extremly fair skin and freckles all over her body and face.
I have a fair skin tone and some freckles on my body and face but not much (about 300 in winter time)
