They are so high in central/south American people and you can see mongoloid features in Indian American people. But in a question people answered me it's Caucasoid gen that even exist in some European nations. Is it really a Caucasoid gen?

Caucasoid refers to the shape of your skull. Y chromosome haplogroup does not affect that.

Only some of your genes affect the shape of your skull, and they change by drift and natural selection, not just by mixing with other people. Skull shape is also affected by things other than genetics. So your skull shape is only partly linked to your overall ancestry, and hardly at all to your Y chromosome.

Remember the paper that just came out about Kennewick Man? His skull was at first thought to be Caucasoid, then it was found to be nearest to Ainu of Japan and Polynesians, but actually he is American Indian genetically and carries typical American Indian Q1a2a1a1-M3.

Q1a1b-M25 is not found in aboriginal people of the Americas (except rarely when they have picked it up from colonial admixture). Central and South Americans have Q1a2a1-L54. The most recent ancestor of both Q-M25 and Q-L54 probably lived about 25-30 000 years ago, so they are not very closely related at all. Eskimos and a few North American Indians also carry a type of Q1a1a-NWT01, which is slightly more closely related to Q-M25, but only by a couple of thousand years. Q-M120, another branch of Q-NWT01, is quite common in Chinese people.

Now if you mean "did the first person who had Q-M242 have Caucasoid features?", the answer is "we don't know". We have no idea who that was; I don't know if Caucasoids as such even existed at that time. Certainly everyone back then was genetically very different from people living today.

If you mean "were the people who spread Q Caucasoids?", that depends on the subclade of Q, and even then we wouldn't know most of the time.

Q-M25 has a very wide distribution and occurs in Mongoloid and Caucasoid populations. As to the rise samples, they checked some snps for mongoloid hair teeth etc. but they are clearly not mongoloid.

These are both ANE affliated Haplogroup so more leaning towards "Caucasoids", But the problem with haplogroups is that its hard to associate them with modern races because they predate the existance of any modern racial type.
