Can anyone tell me anything about H15a1? Where is it most commonly found?

My Wife is H15a1 and has a Isle's based maternal lineage. According to several sources and Eupedia, H15: found in Scotland, Germany, Poland, Austria, northern Italy, Central Asia (Turkmenistan), Iran and northern India. Probable Indo-European origin (R1b).
