Only if you have taken the Full Mitochondrial Sequence test. The FASTA file from Family Tree DNA is misleading, because it puts the CRS as a placeholder for people who have taken only HVR1 or HVR1+HVR2. This makes you appear to be in the same haplogroup as the CRS (H2a2a1). Your HVR1 mutation 16519C is non-specific (it appears in numerous H subclades) and very common. I'm guessing you would need to take the FMS test to learn your subclade.

I tried it and got "Good Match! Your results also had extra markers for this haplogroup", but from what I can tell there seem to only be two samples for the haplogroup (one of which obviously is my own). My sample is also shown as having a single "private mutation", while the other sample is shown as having three.

(Incidentally, when I first got my FGS results from FTDNA, you wrote a report for me that I still have -- but back at my house in Pennsylvania. I'm currently spending most of time in Malaysia, where my wife is working as a petroleum engineer.)

I would be H18 by running it with my full Mitochondrial Sequence from 23andMe
