Khoisan from the Namibia area to be specific. The location it pinpointed borders Angola.

Is it more likely mislabeled and a mistake, or is it more likely she has Bantu ancestry from a region that has Khoisan genes that got assimilated during the Bantu expansion?

Judging by "Continental Cores" we can expect 4.5% African or so, but anywhere from 0.9 to 2.1% of this came up "Khoisan".

I know this is common for some Brazilians, since southern African Bantu populations, who supply most of their ancestry, have assimilated the pre-existing populations in southern Africa when they migrated south.

But for someone with Cape Verdean..?

1. Continental Cores

2. Regional Clusters
