Here are some Old Families from Quebec whose founding ancestor, who came from France in the 17th century, belonged to E-M81:
1) Boisvert/Denevers
Founding ancestor: Etienne Denevers/Boisvert, c.1620, Epinay, Champagne

2) Moisan
Founding ancestor: Pierre Moisan, b.1644, Dieppe, Normandie

(one of my great-great-grandfather was a Moisan, which is very rare surname now in France, I wonder if it could be the same line)
3) Savaria/Savarias
Founding ancestor: Jacques Savaria-Savariaux, b.1641, Ars-en-Ré, Charente-Maritime

Other families from Quebec like Pitre (Jean-Beneque Pitre b.1636, Flandres), Martineau (Louis Martineau, b.1624, Saintonges, Charente-Maritime) etc are also very likely descendant of an E-M81 man (this needs to be confirmed by triangulation however).
E-M81 was probably very rare in France in the 17th century, I wonder when these "Berber" ancestors could have arrived in those different French regions.
