It's a shame that they've decided not to test for other J1 SNPs, with all the progress we've made with regards to J1's phylogeny that's kind of underwhelming to say the least.

More here. If we can find some Caucasian populations almost entirely with J/J1 haplogroup then we can relate them to the ancient Caucasian Hunther-Gatherer CHG factor, that is possibly a Northern Near Eastern HG factor. They also have H mtDNA.
