Page Help for Y-DNA - Standard Y-STR Values

My results include the following two values

DYS19**
DYS389II***

If I hover over the asterisk I get the message " For more information please view the page help".

I cannot for the life of me find help for the page which, apparently, includes the notes for the asterisk.

Any help finding help or defining the asterisk would be greatly appreciated.

On that help page you can find the following explanations for the double and triple asterisk:

** DYS19 is also known as DYS394.
*** The Family Tree DNA and the Genographic Project report DYS389II differently.
