Okay, so I tried it..

looks like this:

(M) Mother and (F) Father (Used my paternal aunt as a proxy for my father):

(MG) Maternal grandmother and (MF) Maternal grandfather (used my maternal grand uncle as a proxy for my maternal grandfather):

Sadly it does not differentiate between the two strains on each segment, hence the results get all messed up when I try them all at the same time:

what's interesting is the the Big groupings for your grandparents are separated from each other ...graph 2

and the last graph.....your Chr6 medical area is fully covered by your grandmother
I am interested in your GM chr 8 and 15 as well

What medical area is that? I do share some of her illnesses, which might be what you are referring to..

I read in Chr6 between 20% and 50% of the bar represents medical details ..................many a times I asked professional why I have minor ancestry there and they said to ignore it as its illness related data

people keep sending me this
The human leukocyte antigen (HLA) region on chromosome 6 has been found to exhibit a much higher amount of IBD sharing than expected both within and across populations. The genes in this region are responsible for regulation of the immune system in humans, and it is thought that favourable mutations have developed as a result of natural selection.[16]

I never really checked deeply into it

Would it be possible to add one more column to the CSV file that would permit adding a note to the MRCA pop-up? This would allow me to give all segments from a particular great-grandparent the same color across my map, but then add a brief comment like “COOK/BIRDSALL” to only one of those segments (to pick one of my ancestral couples, way back in the 1600s, where I have identified a common ancestor at 23andMe), without exhausting the color palette. Should work, just try it out and see if it works or not...
