YFull's haplotree now shows R-Y18894, a newly defined subclade of R-Z49 (http://yfull.com/tree/R-Y18894/). R-Y18894 began to diverge from the rest of R-Z49 about 4500 years ago, according to YFull (according to Michał, 4950-5400 years ago). R-Y18894 has been found only in the West Slavic countries of Poland and Slovakia.

YFull shows 21 SNPs at the R-Y18894 level (https://yfull.com/tree/R-Y18894/). But now, exactly one of those SNPs, Y18901, is also shared by a man of Pennsylvanian (British Isles?) ancestry. Once his BAM file is available and analyzed by YFull, YFull's tree will have to show a new level R-Y18901 (presumably well over 4000 years old) between R-Z49 and R-Y18894.

...Y18901, is also shared by a man of Pennsylvanian (British Isles?) ancestry...

To provide more context for the Y18901 SNP, the Pennsylvanian ancestry is all that can be confirmed by paper trail; Germany is actually the most likely origin. There is also a 34/37 STR match with a man of Donauschwaben ancestry, with family lore saying they emigrated from the Alsace.
