The N SNP Pack of kit 435081 was declared complete yesterday, but the single most important SNP--the one he was predicted to test positive for--was left untested despite its inclusion in the description of the SNP pack. FGC13372 (also known as Z16975 (http://yfull.com/tree/N-Z16975/)) is now shown in blue ("Test Available"), which makes clear that no further testing is to be expected.

Some men who ordered the N SNP Pack did get a correct FGC13372+ result--e.g., kits B5185, B11180, and 99198.

Moreover, Z16975 (the same SNP by a different name) has had an individual SNP test for a long time, and several men have gotten correct positive results from that test--e.g., kits N107657, 333756, B42972, 99198, 329170, 193848, E14634, and N47242.

However, Yseq apparently rejected FGC13372/Z16975, and instead chose its phylogenetic equivalent Z16974/FGC13369 (http://www.yseq.net/product_info.php?cPath=27&products_id=18382) for its N1c-VL29 panel.
