Does anyone know an academic report devoted to AIMs (Ancestral Informative Markers) with a spreadsheet of alleles frequencies (like the spreadsheet of http://investigativegenetics.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/2041-2223-2-1 but...) with a more complete and detailed european populations breakdown. I'm sure that such a text exists, because of https://www.academia.edu/20275663/European_population_genetic_substructure_Further_d efinition_of_ancestry_informative_markers_for_dist inguishing_among_diverse_European_ethnic_groups. But this fascinating text does'nt provide its detailed datas.

edit: Precisely, I'm looking for something like that: 7747

It looks like an .alleles file that DIYDodecad uses. Ask Generalissimo.

I was hoping ready to use spreasheets. I have already searched in ALFRED, but ... I got lost. Your link is perhaps going to save me, thanks.
