Naked singularities are just an extreme case of general relativity that even Einstein predicted but did not quantify mathematically. Einstein was a great scientist but he was not all knowing. In the future will be yet another discovery of science that will unify...just like Einstein's Special Theory of Relativity is just a more accurate prediction of Newton's Laws of Motion. Science is always evolving into more inclusive theories.
