Does anyone have an overview of the haplogroups found in Chinese Hui people?
Could not find any in FTDNA projects.

There are some Hui in academic studies. From Zhong et al 2011 "Extended Y-chromosome investigation suggests post-Glacial migrations of modern humans into East Asia via the northern route":

Ningxia Hui (n=62): 2 D, 2 E, 11 C, 1 G1-M285, 1 G2a-P15, 1 H1*-M69, 1 J1-M267, 2 J2a-M67, 5 J2a*-M410, 1 L1c-M357, 5 N, 22 O, 2 Q1a1a1-M120, 1 R1*-M173, 2 R1a1a-M17, 1 R1b1a2-M269, 2 R2a-M124.
Yunnan Hui (n=10): 1 C-M130, 1 J1-M267, 2 N-M231, 3 O-M175, 1 Q1a2-M346, 1 R1a1a-M17, 1 R1b-M335.

Hui - or at least the ones selected for the study - have a much higher level of exotic haplogroups than Han do - around 40% of West/Central/South Asian haplogroups, which is about ten times the frequency in northern Han.

Other studies focussing on specific haplogroups have also included Hui:

D specifically: 1/24 D, which was D(xD1a, D1b, D1c1). A widespread paragroup, found in both Han and other North Asians, so doesn't mean much.

C specifically: 11/61 C (18%), of which 5 C(xC1a1-M8, C1b1a1-M356, C2-M217), 6 C2(xC2b1a-M48, C2e1a-M407). Resolution is too low to tell us much, but the level of C* is unusually high and it would be interesting to know what it was.

N specifically: 15/286 N (5%), of which 1 N1c2a1-M128, 2 N1c1a*-M178(xF3331), 1 N1c1a1*-F3331, 1 N1c1a1a1-F3271, 2 N1a*-F2930, 5 N1a1a*-F1833, 1 N1a2-F2569 (and 2 not genotyped). The majority is typical Chinese N1a-F2905 subclades. The N1c2a and rather basal N1c1 are also normal Han haplogroups, but the downstream N1c1-F3721(=F4205) is mainly found in Mongols and Kazakhs, being a Northeast Asian branch of the kind of N normally found in Finns and other Uralic speakers.

O3a2c1-M134 specifically: 22/93 (24%), of whom 8 were O3a2c1a-M117, 14 O3a2c1b1a-F46 - the latter is probably the Oβ cluster identified in the “three Neolithic grandfathers” paper. Boring normal Han O3.

Pretty diverse. Seems they are a mix of local converts and immigrants from various sources.
Wonder if these immigrants are linked to their immigrant family members, assuming the Hui ethnogenesis is not that old.

A minor nitpick: F4205 should probably be considered an East Central Asian branch, while B202 is truly "Northeast Asian" and CTS10760 and Z1936 are Uralic and Baltic speakers.
