the surname ABDURAHMANI from Kossovo that is in subclade E-L241 .is his origin can it be from tcherkissia (caucase) please.is there any one who know the origin of this family kossovar

His origin *could in theory* be from anywhere, but E-V13, upstream of E-L241, is a lot more common in the Balkans than in the Caucasus. He is probably of native Kosovar Albanian descent.

He is Albanian from Kosova, and no, he doesn't have Cirkassian origins. Why?

Non that I know of, there might be a family here and there in the cities that I have never heard of, though. There weren't many of them in the Balkans anyway to begin with. Only a small community of Circassians were brought by Ottomans in few villages around Prishtina in 1800s, but they keep to themselves and mostly migrated back during the last conflict.
