Regional Ancestry:
Great Britain and Ireland (England): 52%
Western and Central Europe: 31%
Scandinavia: 14%
Arabia: 2%

Haplogroups:
mtDNA: K1a15 (same as Geno 2.0 First Gen, and FTDNA)
yDNA: R-Z220 (Generally accurate, but Geno 2.0 First Gen had gone one SNP deeper and had me at Z295. Next Gen now seems not to test for Z295, at all. I have no idea why.)

Neanderthal:
1.2%. (General human average is now set at 2.1%. First Gen had me at 2.3%.)

Wow, so they ripped you off too then. What was all their talk about how it was so worth the upgrade because they had expanded haplgroups and fully updated them if everyone is getting the same or even less detailed results!
I'd have gotten more for my dad had I just done the basic FTDNA test (to get into their database for matches) and then ordered their mtDNA full and perhaps some SNP pack.
He actually got less haplogroup info with the Geno 2.0 NG!

Another weird thing. They say in the text that most people outside of Africa get 1.1% Neanderthal but then their chart says the avg tester gets 2.1% huh???
So which is it?
Is the 2.1% figure left over the Geno 2.0? How can they mix average between Geno 2.0 and Geno 2.0 NG when the Geno 2.0 NG has filtered out other hominids?

See my reply to your own OP. It could ironically be a case of the science moving forward, but requiring backward revision of promised results. :\
