Beta Release: An Interactive Visualization Y-DNA Haplogroup Tree

Hi all,

We just released the beta version of an interactive visualization Y-DNA haplogroup tree.

You can see how your genome match each nodes of the Y-DNA tree. You can zoom in and out, drag and move.

We also optimize our Y haplogroup analysis according to the latest version of ISOGG tree. Please let me know if any mistake.

I was originally K1b in my Ydna ( which is the TL group ), yesterday I was revised as T1a . While this is correct , it still does not match my T1a2b1a1 as per Isogg. But I am still happy with your site.

Your site and Natgeno are the only sites ever ( except Genbank ) to have found my mtdna of H95a

Based on the AMY-tree algorithm published on Oxford Bioinformatics, we have developed an Y haplogroup inference algorithm for SNP array data. The algorithm is optimized for the whole ISOGG tree.
