Convenient historical context. E-M35 (ISOGG E1b1b1) branched off about 20,000 ybp.
We're calling what this graph shows as the E-M78 branch E-V68 now, & the E-M81 branch is E-Z827. Look how long ago we Es share a common ancestor with; everybody else; 70,000 years ago!

How fun! Bought a Z827-downstream test & today resulted 4 steps; terminal SNP E-Z21466!
As of now there are no further subdivisions to decide! Waiting for ISOGG 2016 to catch up! By ISOGG logic, if E-M34 is E-1b1b1b-2a1, then my 4 steps further (none of which ISOGG 2016 recognize yet) must be E1b1b1b-2a1a1a2 (or something real similar)! On ftDNA's tree, M34 had 12 potential sub-categories (E1b1b1b2a1-a-b-c-d-e-f-g-h-i-j-k- or -L), so I'm glad the broad test was available! All I know is ancestor from County Cork, Ireland born 1790s; but now I know his Y chromosome genetic identity!
Wonder if there's any cousins out there!

acording to this graph all e1b1b1 share common ancestor 26,000 years ago and with all other haplogroups as you mention 70,000
ago long time .
but i think autosomall is more important you are an irish so autosomally you are close to other irish people
who may belong to r1b .
best regards
and wish you the best in your journey
