How to See Big-Y Results

I ordered the Big-Y on 26th April in the sale and got an email today saying that I have three Big-Y matches. I was rather excited at this since I don't have any meaningful STR matches and but once I logged on following the link in the email it shows the test as having been completed yesterday but when I can still only see the awaiting results button? Am I missing something? My haplogroup on the homepage hasn't changed if that helps.

Top marks to FTDNA if my results are done since it's only been two and a half weeks since I ordered it (including waiting to get batched)!

I remember a case like this in my project. I was able to see Big Y results only by using the "myFTDNA" button in the upper-left corner (and then Big Y > Results). The bizarre condition was only temporary.
