They can't cancel it if it was their mistake? Did you cancel it? I would call them back and demand the discount price. If they refuse I would tell them about the BBB and file with the BBB if the sale price was not honored.

I sent that to my brother, cousin and a couple of pals that had mentioned being interested in getting tested for the first time if a good price showed up

I'm a postsecondary educator. If you're interested in the sale, I could order a bunch, if you don't mind paying a little extra to have the kits mailed from the Peg.

I don't notice a limit on kits at the discount, so I'd be happy to order for others, but it will probably only be cost-effective for Central/Western Canadians because of the extra postage fees both ways ($10 more from Nat Geo to start) and taxes, duties, etc.

The sale is still on as far as I can see. Including shipping it´s still $200 for non-Americans. If a geno3 surfaces they should at least skip the designer box in order to reduce the price. It´s not very eco-friendly either.
