Hi all, in 2013 in my province Boattini tested 24 people and found 6 L2s. Personally I tested 8 friends of mine, beside me of course, I'm L20 and I found 2 U152s Z56 Z72, 1 U152 Z56 Z71, 1 L2 Z142 FGC 22963 S23458, 1 U152 L2 L20, 1 R1b DF100, 1 E1b V13. Finally I have found another L2, here is his haplotype, let's note his 385 a,b= 8-15

Y37:
13 23 14 12 8-15 12 12 12 13 13 29 17 10-10 11 11 25 15 19 30 15-16-16-17 11 10 19-23 15 15 20 17 35-36 12 12
It matches closely a sample U152+ L2+ from Liguria ( Savona-Genova) from Boattini et al.
Y17:
13 23 14 11 8-15 12 13 12 13 13 29 17 xx-xx xx xx xx 15 19 xx xx-xx-xx-xx xx 11 xx-xx 15 xx xx xx xx-xx xx 12 23
The samples on YHRD are 1 from Tuscany
Minimal haplotype:
13 25 14 11 8-15 xx xx xx 13 13 30 xx xx-xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx-xx-xx-xx xx xx xx-xx xx xx xx xx xx-xx xx xx xx
one from Honduras
Minimal haplotype:
13 23 14 11 8-15 xx xx xx 13 13 30 xx xx-xx xx xx xx xx xx xx xx-xx-xx-xx xx xx xx-xx xx xx xx xx xx-xx xx xx xx
and the last from Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul, where Italian immigration was huge:
Y17:
13 25 14 10 8-15 xx xx 13 13 14 30 17 xx-xx xx xx xx 15 19 xx xx-xx-xx-xx xx 11 xx-xx 16 xx xx xx xx-xx xx 12 23

My friend is L2+ tested by yseq. Now I'd test him for another SNP downstream L2, any suggestion?
