Hello,

After reading up on Y Elite 2.1 here and at the Full Genomes website, I'm a bit confused.

If I order a test today, what exactly will I get? For example, the coverage, number of callable loci, and expected processing time? Anything else important to know?

Are there any excellent coupons offers to help me pull the trigger?

Thanks!

Our tests have at least 14 million callable loci. Processing time is still about 5 months, though we hope to improve that. One metric is that we can usually find 1 SNP per three generations on average.

For coupons you can email us at sales [at] fullgenomes.com

One advantage of this coverage is that there is about a 45% probability of getting one SNP mutation between a father and a son, which is significantly greater than the other company's product.
